Stop using Retin-A, benzoyl peroxide, and salicylic acid at least 48 hours before your treatment.
Avoid all forms of exfoliation, including scrubs, glycolic acid, and enzyme peels, for 48 hours leading up to your Hydrafacial.
Do not wax the treatment area for 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Limit sun exposure, tanning beds, spray tans, and self-tanning lotions for at least a week before your treatment.
Steer clear of medium to deep chemical peels and laser treatments for two weeks before your Hydrafacial.
If you’ve had Botox or fillers, wait two weeks before getting a Hydrafacial. If you plan to have both treatments on the same day, receive the Hydrafacial after your injectables.
Gentlemen, please refrain from shaving on the day of your treatment. If you decide to shave, do so at least 3-4 hours in advance.
